Entry
- Entry Form, Schedule and Details
- Entry Fee: $80 Per Player
- Friday: play starts for local teams.
- All players must be current APTA members or pay a $20 Limited Membership Fee, good for one tournament. Join the APTA.
- Draw may be limited to 32 teams.
- Tournament committee may decide to split tournament into two flights. Placement into flights will be determined solely by the tournament committee and not by individual request.
- Entries will only be considered complete upon receipt of both players' entry fees.
- Possible play-in for local teams and will be based on seeding (2011 tournament results + current league standing)
- No refunds after January 24.
Details
- Official APTA rules will govern play.
- All matches best of three sets.
- 12-point tiebreak in all sets.
- A team may find a substitute for an unavailable player. No substitutes in the middle of a match.
- Entry fee includes Saturday lunch at St. Louis Country Club and a dinner party on Saturday night with the location TBA. Entry gifts for all players (if paid in-full by January 24th); prizes for main draw and consolation winners as well as main draw runner-ups.
- First match times and locations will be sent via email at 9:00 am on Thursday, February 9th.
