Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendinitis are two recurring injuries that need attention. The good doctors at Upswing Health offer information and many stretches to help prevent pain in the feet. Here’s an example: Gastrocnemius (Upper Calf) Stretch Begin by facing a wall. Keep your back leg straight, with your heel on the floor and your toes turned slightly inward. Lean into the wall until a stretch is felt in your calf. Keep your back straight as you stretch (see photos below). Hold the stretches for 30 seconds each, and repeat three times, two or three times a day.
