- All players must be current APTA members or pay a $20 Limited Membership Fee, good for one tournament. Join the APTA
Details
- Women's: National Ranking Tournament and President's Cup Qualifying Tournament.
- Men's A: A 32 Teams - National Ranking and President's Cup Qualifying Tournaments.
- Men's B: 32 Teams, non-ranking
- Championship, consolation and repreives, guaranteeing a minimum of three rounds, weather permitting.
- Players who default for reasons other than injury or emergency will not be invited to play in this tournament in 2012.
- Each member of each team will be notified by email of the team's first round match time and location.
- The 15 minute default rule will be strictly enforced.
- Official APTA Rules will apply, best 2 of 3 sets , 12-point tiebreakers in all sets of all matches.
- Entry fee covers luncheon, lunch for guests will be available at an additional charge.
- Observance of host club regulations for proper dress is required.
- No "jeans" are permitted and a collared shirt is required at lunch.
- Cell phones are not permitted at the courts or in the clubhouse.
