- Entry Fee: $100 per team
- Draw size is limited to the first 28 teams. (Your entry fee confirms your participation.)
- All players must be current APTA members or pay a $20 Limited Membership Fee, good for one tournament. Join the APTA
- Combined ages must be a minimum 95 years (based on 2011 birthday)
Details
- Every effort will be made to ensure 3 matches per team.
- Lunch (11:30 – 1:30) and Locker facilities at Longmeadow Country Club.
