- To be eligible, both players must be age 60 or older.
- Entry Selection
- First come, first served with a waitlist at 16 teams.
- Format
- Main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring, with the exception of the first round, which will use a 10-point match tiebreaker for the 3rd set. All backdraw matches will also use a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set.

- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
